Joe St. Columbia, Sr. had the opportunity
to serve his hot tamales to a bevy of Secret
Service Agents, the White House Staff and
Press Corps and even President Bill Clinton
when the president came to Helena, Arkansas
for a meeting with Delta area leaders.
When Clinton was governor St. Columbia, Sr.
met with him two or three times. But this
was more exciting, he says, because now Clinton
was the "chief executive officer representing
our country."
